| Description | The Headquarters For The Al-Seif Organisation |
The Abraj Al-Seif (Arabic: ابعا؏ آ٠سŮŮ) is a premier megastructure and the primary headquarters of the Al-Seif Organisationâ˘. Located in a deep ocean biome, it currently stands as the tallest and most voluminous base on the server for Season 6. The structure is celebrated for its symmetrical geometry, utilizing a complex system of concentric circles and tiered towers.
Structure & Components
The base is organized into several distinct architectural zones that define its silhouette:
- The Outer Border: A massive circular perimeter wall that serves as the primary boundary of the Al-Seif territory.
- The Outer Minor Towers: Four secondary towers positioned at the cardinal points within the outer border.
- The Main Courtyard: A central ring that connects the exterior grounds to the core of the facility.
- The Inner Major Towers: Four primary pillars that flank the central spire, providing structural support and aesthetic depth.
Floor 1: The Living Quarters
The first floor serves as the operational hub and primary residence for NBNHMR. It is designed with a striking star pattern integrated into the floor tiling. Key features include:
- Sustenance "Toobs": Specialized chambers for crop harvesting and animal captivity.
- Storage Compartment: A localized chest system for immediate access to essential materials.
- The Nether Portal: The organization's gateway to the Nether, housed in a secure, central location.

Floors 2 â 4: [Under Construction]
These floors are currently undergoing internal development and are reserved for future expansion of the Al-Seif Organisationâ˘'s operations.
Floor 5: The Nature Conservatory
The summit of the Abraj Al-Seif is dedicated to the Nature Conservatory. This floor serves as a stark, organic contrast to the clinical Quartz and Glass of the lower levels. It is a lush, indoor ecosystem designed to preserve various plant species and provide a serene environment at the highest point of the tower.

Construction Challenges
The scale of the Abraj Al-Seif is not only defined by its physical height but by the strict self-imposed constraints set by its creator, NBNHMR. The project was designed as a "Trial of Skill," pushing the architect beyond their established building habits through three primary challenges:
1. Geometric Complexity
Prior to Season 6, NBNHMR primarily utilized rectilinear designs. The Abraj Al-Seif represents a total departure from this style, requiring the calculation and execution of perfect concentric circles. Balancing the symmetry of the outer border with the inner courtyard across a 256-block vertical span required meticulous planning to ensure the curves remained consistent.
2. Diagonal Architecture
In a move away from traditional "grid-based" building, the majority of the structureâspecifically the placement of the minor and major towersâwas constructed on diagonal axes. Building diagonally in Minecraft presents significant challenges with block alignment and interior detailing, which NBNHMR navigated to create the building's unique, faceted silhouette.
3. Oceanic Logistics
Choosing a deep ocean biome (starting at Y 44) added a layer of environmental difficulty. Every block placed at the foundation required managing water physics and clearing large-scale sub-aquatic areas before the vertical ascent to Y 300 could begin
Solar Phenomena
One of the most remarkable features of the Abraj Al-Seif is its deliberate astronomical alignment, a detail that transforms the megastructure into a functional solar monument.
The Solar Alignment

During the server's sunset, a rare visual phenomenon occurs where the sun passes directly between the upper tiers of the major towers. From specific viewing angles on the main courtyard, the sun appears to "sit" perfectly cradled within the architectural crown of the spire.
The Ramses II Connection
This feature is a direct homage to the Great Temple of Abu Simbel in Egypt. Just as the sun aligns to illuminate the face of the statue of King Ramses II twice a year, the Abraj Al-Seif was designed to capture the sun within its silhouette. This connection bridges ancient Egyptian solar engineering with modern Minecraft architecture, cementing the tower's status as a site of both spiritual and structural significance for the Al-Seif Organisationâ˘.
Builder's Note: A Solo Endeavor
Authentication Note: The Abraj Al-Seif is a 100% Solo Project.
Despite the industrial scale of the organization it represents, the entire complex was gathered and constructed by NBNHMR alone. To maintain the integrity of the achievement, the creator followed two strict rules:
- Manual Resource Gathering: Every block of Concrete, Glass, and Sea Lantern was mined or traded for manually. No automatic farms were used in the collection of materials.
- Anti-Dupe Policy: No duplication glitches or exploits were utilized at any stage of construction.
Inspiration & Design References
The architectural language of the Abraj Al-Seif is a synthesis of modern Middle Eastern "Megatall" skyscrapers and iconic Minecraft community builds. NBNHMR drew from several key sources to achieve the base's unique silhouette:
Real-World Architecture
- Burj Khalifa (Dubai): The primary inspiration for the central spireâs tiered, tapering design and its record-breaking verticality.
- Abraj Al-Bait / Makkah Clock Tower (Mecca): Influenced the organizational scale and the concept of multiple major towers surrounding a central focal point, echoing the grandeur of the clock tower complex.
- Burj Al-Arab (Dubai): The aesthetic choice of a pure white palette (Concrete) and its prominent placement in an oceanic setting reflect the "Sail" design and luxury of this coastal landmark.
