Hardshell Developments is one of the largest and most controversial real estate companies on the CrabCraft server. Founded during Season 4 by SirIncognito, the company rose to prominence with the construction of the towering Crabitat Towers: a brutalist monument to both ambition and mild zoning neglect.

Originally formed under the guise of "urban revitalisation," Hardshell rapidly acquired large plots of land and began vertical expansion at a pace that left local municipalities overwhelmed and villagers confused. With a company motto of "Hard exterior, soft rent control", Hardshell positioned itself as a pioneer in high-density player housing and bureaucratic endurance.

History

Founded in Season 4, Hardshell began as a side hustle while Dex was still serving as secretary to the ministers. It quickly evolved into a full-scale real estate empire, with Crabitat Towers as its flagship megastructure. Over time, the company became known not just for its scale, but for its uncanny ability to navigate (or rewrite) the legal system, successfully defending its builds in several high-profile disputes.
